As always, our Email team is hard at work making Webmail a better place. We are happy to announce that you can now add Contacts in Workspace Webmail 6.
Our innovative take on the old Address Book lets you quickly and easily add names and email addresses of your contacts. You can also include more details about each contact, including mailing address, phone numbers, and other information. Learn more about creating your contacts here.
The best part is that you can sort your contacts into groups. Check out these instructions to set up your groups. Creating groups lets you send email messages to a predetermined set of contacts. Rather than adding each person individually when composing an email message, you can add the whole group. This is a great time saver!
So, log in to Workspace Webmail 6 and check out this new functionality. You’ll be glad you did!
